The portable machine’s listed retail price is US$399 (USD). The standard pack is included. The listed price excludes shipping. Applicable taxes and import duties are payable separately by the buyer. Pocket Panda offers international shipping by destination quote. Routes, restrictions, rates and transit estimates must be confirmed for your country and postcode. Air and sea freight are offered for United States and Singapore orders. Confirm the available method, route and shipping charge in your destination quote; transit time is not yet confirmed. Timing

Current dispatch origin: Guangzhou, China (for now). Pocket Panda states that in-stock orders are handed to the carrier within 24 hours after payment is received, excluding public holidays. This is handling time, not delivery time. Carrier handoff continues on Saturdays and Sundays. Cutoff and the applicable holiday calendar remain to be confirmed. Transit and arrival estimates remain to be confirmed.

Pocket Panda is responsible for arrival damage or missing tiles or accessories when the issue is not customer-caused, including remedy and shipping costs. Contact Pocket Panda within 7 days of receiving the order for arrival damage or missing tiles/accessories. This arrival-reporting window does not shorten the separate one-year warranty. Send related photos or a video of the issue; no fixed checklist or full unboxing video is required. Missing tiles or accessories are remedied by sending the missing individual pieces. Machine-damage remedies are arranged with support.

Destination routes, restrictions, shipping rates and transit estimates need quote-specific confirmation. Tax collection and customs-clearance arrangements remain to be confirmed.

Know the operating routine.

A quick shuffle demonstration does not show how a machine behaves over a longer session. Look for the complete sequence with the exact tile set and game mode you will use.

• See a continuous-run demonstration, with its duration and conditions stated.
• Check the required manual steps and how to load or remove tiles.
• Get English operating instructions and model-specific error guidance.
• Understand the recommended response if a tile jams.

English instruction manual is supplied with each machine in printed and digital formats. Long-session test records, model-specific error guidance and the detailed mode guide remain to be supplied.

Repairs & replacement tiles.

Pocket Panda handles warranty enquiries and coordinates with the factory. A dedicated troubleshooter investigates issues. Pocket Panda currently has no local warehouse. If a machine return is needed, confirm it with Pocket Panda via WhatsApp first; support then provides the China return address. Do not send the machine before receiving the return instructions. For a returned machine, repair handling takes about 3 business days from receipt by the service provider. Replacement-part dispatch is about 3 business days after diagnosis is confirmed. Shipping and transit time are additional. Return shipping arrangements are agreed with the customer before dispatch. Pocket Panda pays transport costs for covered non-user-caused faults. Technical support decides case by case whether a customer should replace parts with guidance. Agree the procedure with support for your specific fault.

Customers who lose supplied tiles can purchase matching individual replacements for P1W or P1B. Contact support with your model, tile version and missing tile face. Replacement-tile purchases are quoted individually according to tile quantity and shipping; per-face availability and delivery timing still need confirmation.

Parts and tiles should be matched to the exact model. Do not assume that a visually similar machine or tile set is interchangeable.

• Confirm who performs diagnosis and which faults can be handled remotely.
• Check replacement availability, dispatch location and expected lead time.
• Understand the cost of parts, repair labor and shipping each way.

Returns & warranty.

Pocket Panda currently has no local warehouse, so change-of-mind and other discretionary non-quality returns are not offered. The future local-warehouse exception is not currently active. This is separate from non-customer-caused arrival problems and covered warranty faults. Non-customer-caused arrival damage and missing items are handled separately; see the arrival policy.

An actual paid order can be cancelled at any time before it is handed to the carrier, with a full refund of the order payment. Contact support via WhatsApp to arrange cancellation. Cancellation refund processing, arrival timing and method remain to be confirmed. Saving a setup does not place an order; this website does not take payment.

Pocket Panda’s 1-year warranty covers non-user-caused damage or faults. The warranty starts when the customer receives the machine. Pocket Panda covers repair parts and labor for covered non-user-caused faults during the warranty period. Pocket Panda handles warranty enquiries and coordinates with the factory. For product faults attributable to Pocket Panda, Pocket Panda pays shipping for machines handled under warranty and replacement parts. The buyer pays shipping for user-caused damage or tiles lost during use.

If a covered non-user-caused fault cannot be repaired, the customer can choose a replacement or refund. A quality-fault refund includes the product price and original shipping. Buyer-paid taxes and import duties are also reimbursed for this covered quality-fault refund. A replacement receives a new one-year warranty from customer receipt. Pocket Panda initiates a covered refund within 3 business days after its service provider receives the returned machine. Bank or payment-provider arrival is separate and not yet confirmed. For covered quality-fault tax reimbursements, a customs or carrier tax-payment receipt is accepted. Tax reimbursement handling, detailed fault assessment and the exact return address remain to be confirmed. Out-of-warranty or user-caused repair prices are not yet listed. Confirm the approved terms and any return instructions for your specific order.
