How much is the Pocket Panda
portable mahjong machine?
US$399 (USD) applies to all six color and included tile-version combinations, with no configuration surcharge. The price includes the confirmed standard pack and one selected tile set. The current models are White P1W / Black P1B. P1W and P1B differ only in color; hardware, functions and specifications are the same. The listed price excludes shipping. Applicable taxes and import duties are payable separately by the buyer. Destination shipping rates and optional extras still need a quote, so this is not a complete delivered total.

What belongs in the
total delivered cost?
Compare the same machine format, retail pack and destination. Start with the pack price, add only required extras and destination charges, and count each cost once. A portable machine and a complete automatic mahjong table are different purchases.
What is included with the machine?
The confirmed standard pack is Portable Mahjong Machine × 1; Selected-version mahjong tile set × 1; Cover panel × 1; Mahjong bag × 1; PD protocol cable × 1; Tile rulers × 4; Power adapter × 1. Choose one included tile set: American Mahjong: 152 tiles, including 8 Jokers; Singapore Mahjong: 148 tiles, including 4 animal tiles; Chinese Mahjong: 144 tiles, including 8 flowers & seasons. P1W and P1B support all three versions. A manual mode change is required when changing versions; the full mode guide, loading instructions and operating records remain to be supplied.
Cover panel: Covers the machine to help keep dust off when it is left in place. The Mahjong bag’s capacity and what it can hold remain to be confirmed. English instruction manual is supplied with each machine in printed and digital formats.
Count once: bundled items belong in the pack price, not in a second accessories charge.
Compatible tiles & chosen extras
Add a tile set only if the required set is not included. Separate anything needed for your game from optional racks, storage or other extras you choose.
Check the configuration: existing tiles and a familiar printed design do not establish machine compatibility.
Power accessories
One Power adapter and one PD protocol cable are included in the standard pack. Do not charge for them again as extras. The supplied adapter’s input voltage is not yet confirmed. The full input range, 220–240 V suitability, frequency, output voltage and current, plug and connector specifications still need confirmation; any additional power accessory would need a clear compatibility check and separate quote.
By actual need: The machine has a built-in battery. A compatible external power bank is supported as an optional extra and is not included in the standard pack. Battery capacity and runtime remain unconfirmed; the optional power bank needs a verified specification and separate pricing.
How much does shipping cost?
Current dispatch origin: Guangzhou, China (for now). Pocket Panda states that in-stock orders are handed to the carrier within 24 hours after payment is received, excluding public holidays. This is handling time, not delivery time. Carrier handoff continues on Saturdays and Sundays. Cutoff and the applicable holiday calendar remain to be confirmed. Pocket Panda offers international shipping by destination quote. Routes, restrictions, rates and transit estimates must be confirmed for your country and postcode. Air and sea freight are offered for United States and Singapore orders. Confirm the available method, route and shipping charge in your destination quote; transit time is not yet confirmed. Check the charge for your country and postcode. Confirm whether local delivery, handling and any applicable remote-area fee are already covered.
By destination: add separate delivery charges only when the quoted shipping price excludes them.
Applicable taxes & import charges
Applicable taxes and import duties are payable separately by the buyer. Confirm the applicable amounts, whether the seller or carrier collects them, and who handles customs clearance for your order.
Confirm responsibility: an unknown charge is not zero; do not add a tax twice when it is already included.
Do I need assembly or setup services?
If a seller offers paid installation or extra assistance, check its scope and decide whether to choose it. Keep it separate from the product’s included instructions and stated warranty terms.
Only if offered and chosen: do not assume this is a required fee or a service Pocket Panda currently provides.

A machine for your table,
or a table of its own?
Portable tabletop machines and conventional standalone automatic tables solve different space and handling needs. Choose the format before comparing packages or prices.
If you are comparing a foldable automatic mahjong table, check its complete folding procedure, whether tiles must be removed, its stored size and the effort to move it. A foldable base is a different feature from a portable tabletop machine. This is a non-folding tabletop machine.

“Premium” describes a seller’s proposed configuration or service level, not a third machine format. Ask which finish, included items, features or service terms differ. The label alone does not establish compatibility, reliability or value.

P1W and P1B support all three included tile versions: American 152, Singapore 148 and Chinese 144. The three versions share single-tile dimensions of 36 × 26 × 18 mm (height × width × thickness). Pocket Panda has confirmed this product capability and the set contents; specific mode settings, loading instructions and operating records remain to be supplied. A familiar game name, artwork or matching dimensions do not establish compatibility with other tiles.

Can American mahjong tiles work in an automatic table?
P1W and P1B support Pocket Panda’s included American tile version: 152 tiles, including 8 Jokers. Mode settings, loading instructions and operating records remain to be supplied. Existing American mahjong tiles are not automatically compatible. See the current short compatibility answers.
What is in the Chinese Mahjong set?
The Chinese version contains 144 tiles: the same 108 suited tiles, 16 winds, 12 dragons and 8 flowers/seasons as the Singapore set, without its four animal tiles. P1W and P1B support this included set; specific mode settings and loading instructions remain to be supplied.
What is in the Singapore Mahjong set?
The Singapore version contains 148 tiles: 108 suited tiles, 16 winds, 12 dragons, 8 flowers and seasons, and 4 animals—Cat, Mouse, Rooster and Centipede, one each. P1W and P1B support this included set. It excludes the extra flying, figure and blank spare tiles in the original reference picture. Choose your tile version and view its reference image.
Will any magnetic mahjong tiles work?
The supplied tiles are magnetic. Other magnetic mahjong tiles are not a universal replacement. Ask for the approved tile-set identification, complete dimensions, construction and count for your machine. Customers who lose supplied tiles can purchase matching individual replacements for P1W or P1B. Contact support with your model, tile version and missing tile face. Replacement-tile purchases are quoted individually according to tile quantity and shipping; per-face availability and delivery timing still need confirmation. See replacement tiles and product care.

The confirmed machine net weight is 6.5 kg / 14.3 lb. It excludes mahjong tiles, accessories and shipping packaging.
Listed complete standard-kit weights: American Mahjong 152: Approx. 11 kg / 24.3 lb complete standard-kit weight; Singapore Mahjong 148: Approx. 11 kg / 24.3 lb complete standard-kit weight; Chinese Mahjong 144: Approx. 11 kg / 24.3 lb complete standard-kit weight. Provisional listed kit weights; exact version-specific weights to confirm. These include the machine, selected tile set and all standard accessories and exclude shipping packaging. Packed shipping weight remains unconfirmed. The machine net weight is a separate measurement.
This is a non-folding tabletop machine. The confirmed machine dimensions are 53 × 53 × 14 cm / 20.9 × 20.9 × 5.5 in (length × width × height), excluding shipping packaging. Stored and shipping-box dimensions remain unconfirmed. Plan extra space for tiles, players and loading or retrieval steps.

Battery capacity and runtime, compatible power-bank models, output requirements, protocol, connector and price remain unconfirmed. The standard pack includes one Power adapter and one PD protocol cable. The adapter nameplate, input frequency, output voltage and current, plug, cable connectors and machine input requirements remain unconfirmed. Supplier reference materials show a Type-C cable; that does not verify the retail cable connector or universal USB or power-bank compatibility.
Check your destination country specifically; the United States and Southeast Asia are not one uniform power or delivery region.

Before payment, confirm a working configuration, the actual delivered total and the service terms for your address. Keep the model, tile-set and order details together. English instruction manual is supplied with each machine in printed and digital formats.
Pocket Panda’s 1-year warranty covers non-user-caused damage or faults. The warranty starts when the customer receives the machine. Pocket Panda covers repair parts and labor for covered non-user-caused faults during the warranty period. Pocket Panda handles warranty enquiries and coordinates with the factory.
A dedicated troubleshooter investigates issues. Pocket Panda currently has no local warehouse. If a machine return is needed, confirm it with Pocket Panda via WhatsApp first; support then provides the China return address. Do not send the machine before receiving the return instructions. For a returned machine, repair handling takes about 3 business days from receipt by the service provider. Replacement-part dispatch is about 3 business days after diagnosis is confirmed. Shipping and transit time are additional. Return shipping arrangements are agreed with the customer before dispatch. Pocket Panda pays transport costs for covered non-user-caused faults. Technical support decides case by case whether a customer should replace parts with guidance. Agree the procedure with support for your specific fault. For product faults attributable to Pocket Panda, Pocket Panda pays shipping for machines handled under warranty and replacement parts. The buyer pays shipping for user-caused damage or tiles lost during use. If a covered non-user-caused fault cannot be repaired, the customer can choose a replacement or refund. A quality-fault refund includes the product price and original shipping. Buyer-paid taxes and import duties are also reimbursed for this covered quality-fault refund. A replacement receives a new one-year warranty from customer receipt. Pocket Panda initiates a covered refund within 3 business days after its service provider receives the returned machine. Bank or payment-provider arrival is separate and not yet confirmed. For covered quality-fault tax reimbursements, a customs or carrier tax-payment receipt is accepted. Tax reimbursement handling, detailed fault assessment and the exact return address remain to be confirmed. Out-of-warranty or user-caused repair prices are not yet listed.
An actual paid order can be cancelled at any time before it is handed to the carrier, with a full refund of the order payment. Contact support via WhatsApp to arrange cancellation. Cancellation refund processing, arrival timing and method remain to be confirmed. Saving a setup does not place an order; this website does not take payment.
Pocket Panda currently has no local warehouse, so change-of-mind and other discretionary non-quality returns are not offered. The future local-warehouse exception is not currently active. This is separate from non-customer-caused arrival problems and covered warranty faults. Pocket Panda is responsible for arrival damage or missing tiles or accessories when the issue is not customer-caused, including remedy and shipping costs. Contact Pocket Panda within 7 days of receiving the order for arrival damage or missing tiles/accessories. This arrival-reporting window does not shorten the separate one-year warranty. Send related photos or a video of the issue; no fixed checklist or full unboxing video is required. Missing tiles or accessories are remedied by sending the missing individual pieces. Machine-damage remedies are arranged with support.
- Check the exact pack and machine + tiles + settings combination.
- Get the real price, currency, destination charges and who pays any remaining import costs.
- Keep the arrival-reporting deadline separate from warranty coverage, and get the China return instructions before shipping a machine.
- Ask Pocket Panda about factory coordination, diagnosis, model-specific parts, their costs and expected timing.
- Look for English instructions, error guidance and a continuous-run demonstration with the model, tiles and settings identified.
One successful shuffle does not establish long-term reliability. Check what operating and service evidence is still needed.
